A typical Rebalancing session

Lasts about 1.5 hours and generally begins with sharing what you have experienced in between sessions or after the previous session which may provide the basis for further exploration and Inquiry. Exercises may be offered to practice in-between sessions and this too may be shared during the session.

We also work with what presents on the day and with a view to following a thread(s) through multiple sessions. Sometimes sessions (or parts of sessions) may be sitting in chairs like a regular talking session. At other times meditative inquiry may be more fitting or the time may be utilized almost exclusively in the form of body work, experimenting with movement, breath and/or exploring symbols and dreams. All 3 pillars of experience serve to explore what has/is becoming conscious, integrate and stabilize this and facilitate more unfolding of your process.

There may be attention to how you perceive and experience your body, your posture and the felt sense of postures during movement. At all times you are encouraged to observe, be curious and explore. The practice teaches that it is beneficial to take some time for yourself after a session to help integrate your experience.
