“All real living is meeting”
The fundamental question – ´´what is possible in life and what limits us`´ prompted Helen Dan to develop the Mindful Rebalancing approach; a relational mind-body integration of training and work experience where this fundamental question weaves back and forth through challenges and transitions and may consciously and unconsciously influence subsequent choices and experiences. Creating the space and developing attention for working within natural unfolding processes continues to inform her approach to life in general and to working with people.
Mindful Rebalancing sees relational meeting and connection, especially regarding the relationship to oneself, as the best protector and facilitator of change and discovery which in turn may support, and be supported within, broader contexts of being e.g. friends, community, and nature. This approach aims to enhance innate self healing properties and encourages the development of a more flexible, robust, genuine relationship with yourself and the outside world which may further strengthen the core of a creative and fulfilling life while rooted in the present moment.
Mindful rebalancing sessions form a co-created endeavour between 2 people in service of the client where the main emphasis lays with creative, vital living in the present moment as well as attending to any pre-existent wounds. The confidential meeting this relationship provides is the medium through which more conscious learning can take place. This approach aims to enable (re) alignment with authentic living while developing and maintaining self agency within a generative world which is also constantly changing, adapting and recreating itself.
