Bodywork

Becoming more aware of the body’s felt sense may increase presence and awareness in general. Listening to the messages expressed through the body may help you develop more of an embodied sense of safety and belonging. Physical touch in itself  (re) connects directly to the felt sense and is therefore respectfully and attentively applied.  You may be asked to locate, connect and stay with any manifest tension using your attention and breath. By remaining in contact with physical and/or emotional tension, without forcing anything, it is possible to release blocked energy and pent up feelings which often provides relief and shifts within the whole system.
