Practicalities

The initial free session offers space to explore whether Mindful Rebalancing suits your needs and answer any questions you may have. Depending on your needs, goals and affinities we are respectful to work in the way which fits best at that moment. 

After the first consultation I will give you a questionnaire (information concerning your historical and actual situation and questions concerning your needs and goals). If you prefer to fill in the intake form together during your first session this is also possible.

Subsequent sessions may or may not include actual bodywork on the table. This will be negotiated to some extent in the first meeting and the sessions will always aim to support your goals.

It is generally advisable to initially commit to a minimum of 5 weekly sessions as this helps build a robust working alliance, a clear, flexible therapeutic framework and supports integration during and in-between sessions.

Session forms and format

Mindful Rebalancing offers 1 to 1 sessions online, face to face sessions from comfortable rooms in the Hague and on location in the Bollenstreek. It is possible to combine and/or alternate session location and form. There is also a reduction on multiple sessions paid in advance. -  Face to face sessions of 1 hour duration

-  *Sessions with Rebalancing of 1.5 hours

Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance of the session will be charged in full. 

Where sessions have been paid in advance, and are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of the session, the payment will not be reimbursed or rescheduled.

*During Rebalancing body work sessions it is generally preferable to wear comfortable light clothing (as with a physiotherapist for example) . There are clean sheets and blankets available for additional body coverage and warmth. You may also bring your own (clean) sheets if you prefer.

Experience teaches the additional value to allow yourself some time, directly after the session to relax and integrate the learning.
