Rebalancing                                                          

Rebalancing is built on 3 main pillars of experience; meditation, Inquiry and bodywork. This combination enables optimal (re) connection and maintenance with the inner world and a more fluid integration between safe resourced places and any painful aspects which may have become frozen or “disowned”. 

Raising physical, emotional and mental awareness is an integral part of the Rebalancing process. Increased awareness and connection also helps build a stronger sense of self which assists change processes and may also foster a compassionate acceptance of things as they are rather than how they ‘should’ be when change possibilities may be limited.

Connection fosters confidence and a sense of presence which provides fertile ground for specific and/or general exploration of experience. An embodied presence also functions as an anchor and roadmap and is as such a reliable resource towards making informed choices on what best supports an authentic life and well being. Body awareness, mindfulness, movement and meditation informs, guides, and may even transforms mental, emotional, physical and spiritual experience. It supports the finding and establishing of boundaries more effectively, the (re)discovery of innate qualities, strengths and grounding in the here and now.

What matters is your own unique experience which in turn may promote additional vitality, a more positive mind set and enhance connection with yourself and the outside world.
